We assist business clients with matters involving partnership and corporate taxation, acquisitions and divestitures, tax-exempt status, employee benefits, estate and gift taxes, and successorship.

Our firm is actively involved in trust administration. Our attorneys serve as trustees for significant charitable trusts, offer advice to executors and trustees in the administration of trusts and estates, and advise beneficiaries about the interaction of tax and management issues inherent in trust and estate administration. The firm also represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in litigated matters involving the administration of estates and trusts, including litigation arising out of the Elder Abuse and Dependent Adult Civil Protection Act.
